Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Cancelled at last minute

Property manager mentioned they had rented the property till March 2023 and was not available for VRBO. They gave full refund but never let us know until I contacted them how to check in this was last minute cancellation from them and left us stranded without accomodations on our road trip.
