The staff had to come back to my room several times for about 30 minutes to change the channel on the TV. 「During my one-week stay I had several problems with my key access to my room. I paid ahead of time for the full week my room access card would not work on at least 5 occasions. 「Arrived and no one was in the lobby or at the desk. We waited a while then finally found someone. A man with huge fake breasts came out, didn't acknowledge us other than asking for ID and credit card. Made no eye contact. Handed us the room key and that was it. Worst customer service we've experienced at a hotel. Also parking on Expedia is listed at $12, but hotel had a handwritten sign saying parking was $15.
