「The hotel staff worked with us to satisfaction about a personal situation. Nicole at the front was especially helpful and deserves special recognition. The hotel was really kind of a bottom class place to sleep. The room had no windows and had a makeshift bunk bed made out of unfinished particle board. Rather primitive and uninviting to me.
