「La habitación esta en buen estado, ambiente agradable y buena atención del personal, lo único es que no incluye toallas. En general se encuentra en una buena ubicación para los tours y provenza queda a 10min caminando.」

「This hotel was terrible. Because of running out of water supply, they promised to give us refund, but they never did. We called them and emailed them, but they ignored. Even if water was stopped running, they didn’t help us to find another hotel we could stay. We had to look for a hotel after 9pm and we even weren’t familiar with the place because we just arrived. The hotel stuff was helpless and they didn’t offer us anything. I don’t recommend to stay this hotel because of their service. 」

「Viajero Santa Marta is easily the best Viajero in Colombia! I spent about two weeks here on three separate visits, so I know the place quite well. First and most importantly, it's amazing value for money. The quality of the building and the rooms and the facilities is excellent.
