"This house is as described and seen. Easy to get to, nice inside and out, could use a few updates to make stay more enjoyable. This house was perfect for a quick little get away and Rapids is just a little drive away. Enjoyed the fireplace, living room setting - was great to sit and relax. Quiet neighborhood, could be busy in summer with area parks, water around. Weather didn't allow us to utilize the back deck, but looked inviting! I would recommend for a family or a few friends. "We celebrated our daughter's 7th birthday here, and although the weather was unkind we still had a great time. We played outdoors with all of the fun provided while we could. The new pavilion roof over the hot tub was fantastic so we used it frequently in the snow/rain (only complaint was the low water level in the hot tub). The natural wood fireplace was so cozy, well appointed kitchen, and the kids loved the bunks and games. Generous host with accommodating details for our stay, very pleased....

"We stayed here for a girls' weekend. The property was gorgeous and very clean, with all sorts of amenities. Kitchen is well stocked and the basement has all sorts of games! Lots of room to spread out yet a large living room for all of us to gather together. Property owners request you to wash/dry towels before departure, so most of us just brought our own. Backyard views are amazing, and we wish it would have been warmer to enjoy the fire pit! Would definitely recommend this property."
