The best thing about this hotel is its location - very convenient, for sure.
There are two disagreeable things about this hotel:
1 - the Wi-Fi was very exasperating. We were continually cut off, forcing us to continually restart.
2 - the setting for the breakfast. By now, the management must have observed that the allocated space is not sufficient for the number of guests. In addition, clearly no one is looking closely at how guests must navigate the space in order to serve themselves breakfast. An example is trying to understand why the plates and forks are placed within an area that is out-of-reach for most guests as they begin to serve themselves. This is because that side of the buffet area is blocked in by tables.
I would not stay in this hotel again. There are some friendly staff members of various countries working there, but they are not responsible for the problems we experienced.

Excellent hotel in great location in Nice. Just off the main shopping street, 5 minute walk to train station. Lots of nice restaurants near by. Only 10 minute walk to promenade. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast - best one for choice I have had abroad. Lovely pool and bar area on roof top with fantastic views.

Staff were friendly, and our rooms were available for checkin early which was great.
Great location - super close to the train station
They give a complimentary bottle of water
However, they didn’t change the towels. Even when we left them on the floor to be changed, they simply took the towels and didn’t provide fresh ones. When we came back at the end of the day and requested more they said it would take 2 hours??
Not sure why they thought it would be okay to leave us with no towels or why it would take so long to replace them but it made us late for our dinner reservation.
When they’d clean the room daily, they wouldn’t even replace our used mugs.
The room was super small and the cleaning could have been better.
For the price paid, I’d expect better. Wouldn’t return or recommend

"We booked late afternoon but this hotel still had rooms. Comfortable, nice setting in the country, we didn't use the pool, not many restaurants nearby. Not a brilliant breakfast with only one hothoice."

"This felt like a very special place to stay with my husband and 4 year old son. It was a real mountain adventure and we hadn’t realised just how close the small village centres would be. We were treated to an extra surprise when there was live music in the village on the Friday night as we had a ..."
