「The facility was fine. We stayed in an old building that has been miraculously renovated so that the rooms are sleek and modern. Te location is very convenient. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our first room malfunctioned and leaked so that a ceiling panel fell to the ground (while we were away). "スタッフは、フレンドリーで親切。おすすめのアルザス料理店を教えてくれて割引券（１０%引き）もくれた。客室は、三部屋もあり広い。 旧市街にあり、窓から木骨組みの建物が見えてとても良い。見所は、徒歩で行ける。朝食は、普通。旧市街にあるためタクシーは、ホテル前まで行けない。旧市街の入口で降車。８ユーロだった。コルマール駅のタクシーは、少ないためUberなども検討。ただし料金は２倍。"
