The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggage up and down steps and around narrow corners to get to the room. The room was nice and comfortable. There is a pretty courtyard and a glass enclosed dining area with a lovely breakfast spread. Service was spotty. The guy kept leaving the building and didn't offer us coffee until 20 minutes after entering. Lovely cheeses, pastries, cookies, and fresh bread. It was easy to get an Uber, but there is nothing nearby. It's rather remote. A unique stay that we enjoyed.

Very clean, comfortable, excellent location, very nice breakfast option, very good restaurant. Totally worth the price for a stay in Old Town Geneva.

We visited this Hotel in July. We rented three bedroom suite. Hotel was very clean and right in the heart of the City, with shopping center close by.

We could not work the air conditioning. But the temperature was ok when we opened a window for a short time. The full length mirror on the bathroom inside door would be preferable on the outside in the entryway.

It's great location. Property is in good condition.
