The Cottage at Eastgate

This centrally located home is well appointed and very peaceful. Close enough to walk-or bike to the Texas A&M campus, restaurants, and shopping, this freshly remodeled house is cute and cozy.

Each of the 3 bedrooms features a Roku TV, comfortable bed, and convenient placed to charge your phone`s battery as well as yours.

The large backyard is private and has plenty of room for your furry friends to enjoy.

You`ll love the location, amenities, and comfort here.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed and private bathroom.

Bedroom 2: King bed.

Bedroom 3: Trundle bed (2 twin beds).

There is also a twin sized folding bed and the couch brings the total sleeping capacity to 8.

The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway.

There is a BBQ pit provided but you will need to buy charcoal.

The house was in a great location with comfortable beds and a large, comfortable couch. It was perfect for an Aggie football weekend, and we'll definitely try to stay again.

College Station getaway.

The owners were very informative about the area and the house was really well maintained- three adults and one 9 year old stayed without feeling cramped. The reservation was for the weekend however due to a family emergency, we only used it for Saturday night. I would reserve this place again should the need arise.

Perfect Stay for My Husbands Short Business Trip & Was 100% Perfect for Our Pets. We Felt Blessed to have a Back Yard totally Fenced for the Safety of Our Dogs. Perks: Loved the Antique Hutch & Coffee Bar! Loved the Decorations! Loved Spacious Open Kitchen to Living Room. Felt Uneasy with Location of House vs. Appearance of Local Residents. A great stay

We had a great stay lots of neat stuff inside the house probably could have had a few more towels for the bathroom but still very adequate!The yard was overgrown quite a bit Property was in close proximity to university grounds which was very nice Over all we greatly appreciate your hospitality and really likes your house Thank you!

It was a beautiful home! The owners were very upfront regarding the neighborhood which I appreciated because we would have been shocked had we not had a heads up. We never felt unsafe.

Great location, easy drive to campus for football games.Only reason for 4 stars is no true table for a group 4 people and only the one coach for relaxing, no other chair options. No chairs for outdoor entertainment either.
