Great hotel and plenty of restaurants near by

Room was kept very clean with the excellent shower and the bathroom facility. Breakfast at this hotel is excellent with excellent seating and wonderful of choice of food and coffee.

Check-in was a breeze. We arrived about 10am from a 15 night cruise. Although we couldn’t get into our rooms right away, they did store the luggage for us. This allowed us to leisurely shop/window shop/grab a bite to eat. They called within 2-3 hours to let us know our rooms were ready. Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Beds could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars due to the staff (exceptional doormen), unbeatable location and overall swanky-ness of the property. Only negative is the mattresses definitely need upgrading (too soft and I’m guessing poor quality or several years old—definitely time for a refresh).

Vraiment bien situé et très chic hôtel.

The location of this hotel is great and staff were friendly though it is more comparable to 3 star hotels in the same neighbourhood than 4 star, for the price of the room the it has very out dated rooms (not even a coffee machine in the room) and poor internet coverage in the room. There is no swimming pool or gym or any amenities only some passes to use in a public gym 10mins walk. We also have some odd experiences, on the second day of our stay one of the ropes were removed during daily cleaning for unknown reason and never returned. We were woken up another day 7am in the morning by a staff knocking at our door and asking if we need help with the luggage and we didn’t ask for it. Not recommending it given the high cost
