Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher as well as utility room with washing machine. The road is a bit noisy with very fast traveling, but we soon got used to this. It wouldn't put us off staying here again. The location of cottage is close to many lovely attractions including Forest of Dean, Clearwell Caves and Puzzle Wood."

"When we arrived at the hotel-initial impressions were mixed. But, staff were very efficient and helpful. Our room was spacious with a view of the gardens. The shower was over the bath which is a negative for us but we were advised that a renewal project is in place to provide walk in showers. Both the cafe and the restaurant food were good. The pool and jacuzzi were out of service during our stay which was disappointing. Overall we would go back. Should also mention the stunning water feature outside."

Pool was great, lovely and warm with a relaxing jacuzzi , with a small gym on the side open 24 hours. Whilst I found the menu was adequate it personally thought it limited ,good choice at breakfast, Overall I would stay again."
