Friendly, simple check -in. Easy parking in multistory just behind which can be added to the room. Great TV, good shower and comfy bed. Roomy flat with good equipment level in the kitchen. Some welcome gifts too (tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid and tea towels) which were very welcome. Mini supermarket located just below too.

Inside the apartment the couch was very old. Bed was good and kitchen was OK. It was clean but the area it is in.... not very good. There are two stored very close by where food can be pirchased.

The Quay apartments are very good once inside. Well presented equipped, warm with a great TV, bed and shower. There's a couple of handy shops adjacent to the building which is very convenient. Initially finding the property and parking was tricky as no obvious signage. I initially parked my car in an adjacent street and used google maps to walk to the entrance (which is shared with another business). Once fond staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking is in a multi storey around the back of the property about 150m walk, so not too bad. Overall a good place to stay if the town centre location suits.

Great little apartments. Only minor gripe was ventilation. Windows can't open so had to use the a/c which was a little noisy.

Better than i was expecting
The accommodation is on the upper floors of office type block, i stayed on the 9th floor.
The room was spotless, furnished to a high standard and kitchen well stocked with cutlery, plates etc.
Will definitely stay again when working here.
The car attached to the building is ok and only £5 per night. There were a couple of odd folk around but they were no bother.

Great apartment shame about check in and parking.
Great apartment but hard to find and unfortunately poor lady on the front desk couldnt speak enpugh English to understand what I was saying.
Miscommunication from then on.
Need a bigger sign and prior warning the car park shutter is closed untill you ring to say you are there.
Checking in should be easy not time consuming.
Apartment is super clean and its a real shame the checkin was so poor.
Would give 5 stars if this was improved.

The place was spacious for our needs. It was worth the money, comfortable and had everything needed for a family of 4 to stay. The only thing is that the parking garage is completely unkempt. The windows to the place are dirty. It’s a high rise so understood that the window cleaners don’t come by too often but what would have been a beautiful view was tainted. Location is pretty good because you’ll be close to convenient stores and a bridge walk away from the restaurants and bars. There’s the river bank, which is not too flattering but the city has plenty of paved walkways along the river that is pretty nice. Overall a decent stay. The woman who works for the company was super nice, responsive and helpful. She let me borrow an iPhone charger!

One night stay, better than having a hotel.
Initial room had to be changed due to a previous visitor breaking rules and smoking in room (awful - not Quay's fault), they sorted the change quickly and my eventual apartment was nice, very clean and we'll set out. Views over Newport from the 9th floor.
Unfortunately due to the height windows don't open to regulate temperature of space.
Bed was ok, but rather than being a double mattress it was 2 singles and a marked separation between the 2.
Soaps, tea and coffee provided which was very good. Shower if powerful, always a plus. 11am checkout was good and parking availability in the multistorey under the building is great, especially at only £5 for 24 hours. Paid for at reception - just park and go into the building.
