Stunning home just blocks to Centennial Trail, Sanders Beach on beautiful lake Coeur d Alene, Tubbs Hills, and CDA Resort. A lovingly maintained home w/ 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, fireplace, washer & dryer, and a fully fenced backyard. Enjoy a very comfortable master suite and TV-Entertainment lounge on the 2nd floor. Close to downtown Coeur d`Alene restaurants, shopping, fine and casual dining, hiking, boating, or simply relaxing.

AThe location was perfect! It's close to the vibrant and trendy downtown and beautiful East Tubbs Park. The home is nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Andrea is a wonderful host! We would love to return.

Decent location to downtown and activities. House was stocked with all the basic items we needed. The outdoor space was great, however houses are very close to each other and we didn’t feel comfortable hanging out outside in the evenings. Andee was a communicative host. Check in and out were very easy. My only knock was cleanliness. It could use a deep clean. Surface level it presented well, but when I wiped the counter the first night the paper towel was brown. Hair in cabinets and drawers in the bathrooms. Washing machine was very moldy and if we hadn’t needed it, I would not have used it.

Perfect location

We were in town for a gymnastics meet at the CDA Resort and to visit family. It was just a few minutes away. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Super cute and comfortable.The only negative comment would be to have the heat on prior to guests arriving. There was still 4 inches of snow on the ground and the inside of the house was 50 degrees. It took about 6 hours to warm up. Also, steps are needed for the hot tub as it is a bit tricky to get in and out if you are not flexible or tall.We would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the host.

Amazing family vacation

Did a last summer vacation with my 2 boys for one week and had an amazing time. Spend most days at Silverwood or Triple play and evenings relaxing at the house which had plenty to do there, hot tub, games, TV/movies. Location was perfect. Walking distance from down town and the lake. And not too far of a drive from our primary destinations. Beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if we come back. The host was easy to reach and overall wonderful with any accommodations.

We were very happy with our stay. Very comfortable and very good communication with owner. Close to downtown but not in downtown. Made for a quiet stay but close to everything. Would highly recommend it!!

Was missing a bed but we made it work

The description was that there was going to be 4 beds, upon arrival one was missing. Fortunately we have young kids and were able to make it work. The area was great and our visit was memorable. This was a big learning experience for me being the first time I have ever used VRBO.

Caregiver's Self-care Getaway

These few days away were a much needed and enjoyed respite from caring for both of my parents (90s). The hosts were wonderful and the house was better than pictured. I snuggled in huge comfy chair with a cup coffee and watched the flames in the gas fireplace. My entire body just relaxed. The massive windows upstairs allowed me to lay in bed and watch the sun rise over the mountains. I could have simply closed the door for a blackout room....but why? The house would have been perfect for my whole family - two college kids and my husband - had circumstances allowed. The location of the house is close to Tubbs Hill (hiking with gorgeous views of the lake) and downtown. A diner Guy Fieri, reviewed is just blocks away. Sadly for my waistline, Coeur d'Alene also has many bakeries that also serve great coffee! I wish the weather would have been a bit warmer so I could have sat at one of the tables outside. Since I was traveling alone (except for my dog), it was nice to be able to park in the back of the house so no one could notice when I was in or out of the house. A last note, Spokane is only about 45min away so I was able to go to Trader Joe's, Spokandy (local chocolate shop) and other stores where I miss shopping.
