We so appreciated the location of this place. We so appreciated how close it was to everything and then to be able to walk out and go to the pool or the hot tub or the beach was just perfect

We loved the location of the resort. It was within walking distance of Duvall street and so many restaurants. Even though it is close to everything it was very quiet and peaceful. The small private beach was nice to return to after seeing the sights. The staff was super friendly too. Would stay here again if we return to Key West.

Highly recommend Coconut Beach Resort. The property is clean, friendly staff, easy check in and no surprises. Located at the quiet end of KW, and still very walkable to everything in KW. We will definitely return!!!

This was a very wonderful stay. It was quiet and while I would not consider it walkable to the duval party scene; its walkable to old duval that’s a bit quieter and more chill.

This property is perfect because of the location, the view is wonderful. Restaurant is great! However the parking garage will WRECK the bottom of your vehicle when driving into it. Do not attempt it if you have a low car!!! Steet parking is a better bet unless you wanna take your car to the shop to get fixed.

Everyone was so friendly. The location is great, the views are amazing in every suite, love the open balconies and how everyone leaves their doors open. Ocean sound is incredible. Units are spacious.

Everything was excellent and we enjoyed our stay at Coconut Beach Resort. Quiet and beautiful beach. Nice heated pool and spa. Well-kept resort. Enjoyed live music by the pool. Comfortable, spacious room. The only thing that surprised us was the lady at the front desk who was neither friendly nor helpful when I asked about recommendations in the area.

This is a clean, quiet, and convenient resort on the beach. We had a 2 bedroom and it served us well for our 5 night stay. All positive things to say except for there is no elevators for the 3 level resort, so if guests are unable/limited mobility, request first floor. The room decor could be updated and the hot tub is scorching hot.

This property was ideal for my family as we could walk to all the attractions in town AND to parks and beaches nearby! A wonderful and relaxing experience with great staff and gorgeous and spacious rooms overlooking the water. We absolutely would try our best to make it here again and will recommend this property to anyone heading to Key West! Relaxing in the hot tub, overlooking the crystal blue ocean, with palms swaying in the breeze was an unforgettable moment. Thank you Coconut Beach!

Nice room as described. Mattress seemed a little old. Lights outside the glass doors kept the room lit up even with the blinds closed. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach. Pool was nice. Location was quiet but a little bit of a walk to get down to the action on Duvall St.

Good location and free parking in the underground car park. Friendly staff. We were lucky to check in earlier. Lots of free loungers right on the private beach. The furnishings in the rooms are outdated and not modern. There was no blanket for the sofa bed. However, we were given plenty of towels and beach towels. The bathroom was also equipped with shower gel, shampoo, soap, etc

We stayed here one night while visiting the keys. We arrived much earlier than check in time and stopped in the lobby to ask where we could park. She offered the parking ramp, told us she would call us when our room was ready and gave us towels to hang out at the pool. Incredibly friendly service and the pool/beach area was wonderful! The location is quiet and there is plenty of free parking. There is a small market nearby that serves a cheap breakfast. We stayed parked here for the entire duration of our stay and just walked everywhere we wanted to go. Also, there is a free bus that takes you all the way down to the other end of Duval. The only criticism of the place is the yellow bedding…kinda gross/outdated and the bed was pretty hard/felt old. But we would definitely stay here again. We’re two people who like to stay out of the chaos and we’re open to walking a lot, so it worked out well for us. Definitely checked all of our boxes
