I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!! It was excellent! Beautiful rooms, great staff and a restaurant on premise that clearly caters to an international market with a variety of tasty selections. Reasonable rates as well. And they offer late check out for a nominal fee and have a place to hold bags. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation.

Overall great stay and good value for the money. Situated in a good area with easy access to transportation and the airport limo. Despite being next to a busy street the hotel is tucked away, so it was quiet. I wish there was a convenience store right by the hotel, but it's Seoul so there's one 5 minutes away in each direction. Only downsides were that the drainage in the shower was not great leading to flooding in the bathroom, and the tub would slowly drain even when it was plugged. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were beautiful and the balconies were a great addition! However, the drainage in the shower for my room seems to be a bit faulty. The water didn’t drain properly and would kind of sit on the shower floor. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my stay!

Mildew Smelling Towels...

Towels smell like mildew. After you wipe your face/body, you will smell like mildew. Replaced towels to new ones but they all smelled. We ended up buying new towels from the HomePlus across the street and washed them at the coin laundry because hotel would not let us cancel and get refund on remaining nights. Front desk were helpful and accommodating. The towels are dark towels so obviously hotel cannot use bleach on them. Bed sheets did not smell. Hardwood floor was a bit dirty - made white socks slightly dirty. Tub was nice. Shower also smelled slightly of mildew. I have lived in Korea for few months and know that towels can smell because they are air dried but at a hotel that is unacceptable and really disgusting.
