"Wir haben den Aufenthalt von fast 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und einige der Mitarbeiter sprechen gut Deutsch. Unser Bungalow war sehr sauber, einzig fehlen ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Nur W-Lan könnte stärker sein. Die Lage am Strand ist klasse, die Liegen am Meer haben wir oft genutzt. Die Pools und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder sind sehr gut. Das Restaurant in der Anlage ist gut und preiswert. "Great location but the hotel room is a little weathered! The staff were amazing and the location was great. Our water taxi docked right in front of the hotel, so very convenient! Our view of the canal from our window was spectacular!"

"They sent us to a room overlooking San Marco plaza and with a spectacular view of the Basilica. Breakfast was a real mess time. All guests were trying to get something and all the set up was installed in a small room and the options were limited. Air conditioning was okay in the bedroom. However, in the hall and stairs it wasn’t and that made it hardest by the time you arrived at your bedroom you were all sweaty."

"Clean and modern rooms. Nice view of the water too. Good location just a few minutes walk to the tronchetto vaporetto stop, however it’s a little far out from the main city of Venice. Budget at least half an hour to get in and out. Given the size and location of the hotel, I wish it had more amenities like a gym and a pool."
