Really convenient to beaches, the inter-island ferry and a couple of great places to eat. Far enough outside of Gulf Shores proper to avoid the crowds, close enough to go into town for what you need."

The people in the surrounding condo's were friendly yet didn't bother us and seem to look out for each other. We went in February, so we didn't make use of the pool, but the hot tub was very nice.
