We had an amazing stay for a family Thanksgiving we will remember forever. The location was perfect. The condo was spacious but cozy and inviting. The host was awesome. Lora was immediately responsive, kind, and caring when we were searching for a lost cell phone on check-out morning. We are definitely planning to book again for future family gatherings.

Perfect location to spend a night or two before cruising out of port canaveral. Steps to the beach and walking distance to several restaurants, stores, cafes, etc. would definitely use it again.

Perfect. Lora is a wonderful host. The condo was very clean and beautiful. We were so close to the beach, just right out the sliding doors and just a very short walk to the beach. We only stayed one night before boarding a cruise the next morning but we will be back for a longer stay.

Our stay here was perfect. Being right on the beach, we walked down the beach to the pier for dinner. We were 15 minutes from Kelly Park where we did kayaking and got to see a night rocket launch step away from the condo on the beach. Our teens played beach volleyball at the pier and enjoyed the ocean.

What a special place! You can’t beat the proximity to the beach! And they supply lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrella... etc. It was perfect for our family’s stay and would definitely stay again if we ever come back!

Thanksgiving at the beach

We had a wonderful time at this property. We spent our Thanksgiving holiday here. It was stocked well enough for us to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. But we also walked the beach to the pier on Thanksgiving and enjoyed some appetizers at the restaurant. And to round out our stay we saw a rocket launch our last night! We look forward to staying again.

Wonderful Quick Stay

Sadly, due to flights, we didn't get as long to stay here as we were supposed to. This condo was clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds and quick steps to the beautiful beach. We got to see a rocket launch which was really cool. Also, found some great seashells. Owner was on-site as we were leaving and she was super nice. If I get back to Cocoa Beach, I would most definitely consider this condo to stay at. Thanks so much!

Bigger than the pics look!

I brought six friends for a one night stay before our cruise and we wished we would have had a couple of days to stay here! The proximity to the beach was amazing! The apartment was decorated so fun and very spacious! We intend on coming back to stay for a long weekend again here!!! The property manager even informed us of a prospective rocket launch which we tried to wait up to see, but it got cancelled haha! Definitely will be back!

Mike and Lora are wonderful hosts. Condo was stocked with everything. Very clean and comfortable. Just walk on little path to beach and you can hear waves crashing from the patio. Condo is a 5 ⭐️

Great location and perfect set up

It’s rare to find rental houses with two king beds and they were great. The kids each had their own bed in the third bedroom and the location right on the beach with full beach gear was perfect. We were mostly there to go to the space museum which was only 25 min away so we could get there early.Ron Jon and the pier are 5-7 min away which was all very convenient. Lora is super responsive and helpful as we needed an extra parking space which worked out well. The kitchen had just what we needed to cook in for a night. Thank you Lora we would love to go back for another visit.
