We had a great experience using Happy Palm Stays for our recent trip to Cocoa Beach over Christmas. Zareh responded quickly to any questions and sent very clear check in instructions along with a great area guide listing restaurants, shops and things to do in the area. We stayed at Cocoa Beach Towers four nights and appreciated how comfortable and well stocked the condo was. It was close to everything. Would have liked for the pool to be open later, but we can appreciate why they close at 6pm. We just went to the beach instead. It was very peaceful. Residents live here and there are rules, so this is not the condo for you if you are looking to party all night. We appreciated the quietness and loved being right on the beach so we could see the sunrise every morning.

The place was outstanding with plenty of things to do close by. We found many local restaurants and very close to a grocery store. The condo was very nice with plenty of beach accessories. The condo had what we needed for plates and kitchen items.

The place was perfect for families. You don't have to bring chairs and umbrellas or floats. They have it. I wish the pier allowed fishing, but it was still a wonderful trip.

Really enjoyed our stay! Excellent location, loved the beach and pool access. Just a couple of little things that need attention, but nothing worth mentioning. I also was super impressed with the responsiveness of the property management staff too; very friendly and accommodating!

Fantastic views!

The views were great! We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. We got to see 2 SpaceX launches while we were there so our son was beyond excited.

Sisters beach vacay

My three sisters and I gathered from across the country to spend a week together at the beach. The location was fantastic! We spent most of our time poolside.. although I did head out for an early morning walk on the beach every day and took dips in the ocean every day. Had a wonderful day at the Kennedy Space Center and were able to see a Space X launch at 1 am from the walkway to the beach. We all took turns preparing dinner and found everything we needed at the condo. I reached out to Zareh with a couple questions and he responded very promptly. We are already planning a return trip for next year!

Cocoa Beach vacation

Bedroom 2: Needs new beds as the 2 queen mattresses were sitting on full size frames. No dresser, no hooks to hand clothes. Place needs painting. Bathrooms need upgrades and the fans didn’t work so mold an issue. Washer @ Dryer was a joke too small to noisy. Can’t use both at the same time. Kitchen needs more equipment like hand mixer, new utensils. The heater was broken on the heated pool. Location good. Great beach access. Great views of the ocean. Nice decks.

Completely satisfied with our stay

This was our first time going to Cocoa Beach and we were very happy with this condo. The property was very clean and well maintained inside and out. Our beach area was perfect and not overly crowded. It was great to be walking distance to the pier. We didn’t use the pool or tennis courts but if we’d been there longer I’m sure we would have. I had contact with property manager a couple of times and he was very prompt and courteous getting back with me. We had a great view of a rocket launch while we were there. We didn’t plan for that so it was an added bonus to our trip!

***caution before booking*** read this review. The condo itself was absolutely perfect for my family. It was clean and spacious right on the beach. We absolutely loved so much of the property and the booking manager Zareh was so awesome to work with. We were able to contact him several times for minor help on things and always responded in a speedy friendly manner. Awesome restaurants, shops, coffee shops, grocery and the pier within walking distance. Wonderful location without being in a busy downtown. That being said The property superintendent is absolutely horrendous! He is constantly lurking around the property watching your every move. On several occasions he shut down the pool in the afternoon kicking out half a dozen families with absolutely no misbehaving happening. He would come out yelling “I’m tired of this”.”pool is closed” stated that “this pool is not meant for a backyard bbq”. He called my husband an idiot several times. The pool rules are extremely strict and followed to a T by Rich, the property manager. No balls or toys, no food or drinks in the pool area, closes at dusk or whenever Rich feels like it. People were also yelled at for a personal speakers by the pool as well … for kids all of this is not very realistic and kind of crushes the fun of vacation. I saw nobody being disrespectful to the property or it’s tenants but I saw So many families being yelled at. It is truly unfortunate bc we loved the location and size of this property and would love to come back but the way it is managed disrespectful to its guests.

Spacious condo with picture perfect view and location

My family and I loved our stay at Cocoa Beach Towers. The location was perfect! The condo is only about 4 buildings north of the pier, but the key was being on the North side of the pier. We had so much fun watching the surfers, the cruise lines and the cargo ships going in and out of the port. The beach area was not crowded at all. The condo was spacious for our family of 4 and was very clean. It was well furnished with everything needed. The owner was extremely attentive and responsive. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise. Perfect view of the ocean/pool/grounds from the balcony. We can't wait to return!

Would stay here again

Pros it is a 3 bedroom which we needed for this stay. We are in our early 60's and travel with our Mother in her early 90's Our 12 yr old grandson was with us for part of the time. It is a new vacation rental NOT a person's vacation home that they rent. This is not a good or bad thing just they have different feels. Cupboards were missing doors and one drawer didn't not work. They were very attentive to addressing issues but were not able to fix these due to supply issues. They had minimal kitchen supplies they did bring us some bowls for mixing and serving. The did have 4 solid beach chairs and 2 boogie boards, but no tenis racks or golf club or sand toys. The floor is all hard scape which can be good for the beach but is slippery for 90 yr old people and helpful to control sand fleas. And on that note the washer and dryer in the until are great. Bedroom lights are not operated on the wall You have to pull a string to turn on the ceiling light. This is difficult for short people . The furniture is beautiful put low profile so not especially comfortable for taller people. The beds are very comfortable in all the rooms. It is a great balcony to watch storms from. It is the second floor you can see the sunrise from the balcony. And the views improve in Cocoa Beach Towers with the higher level floors.

Great Place and Location

We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect. It had easy access to the beach and so many restaurants nearby for walking distance. The condo itself was big and spacious. My only complaint was the place required some cosmetic fixes. The paint was chipped, the ceiling in the bathroom was cracked, the couch had a rip and a few other minor issues. Overall we enjoyed a relaxing stay in Cocoa Beach.
