Welcome to Vista Del Mar, a newly renovated oceanfront home in Cocoa Beach designed for families and groups seeking comfort, privacy, and direct beach access. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat sleeps 8 and offers panoramic Atlantic Ocean views, modern finishes, and a spacious indoor–outdoor layout perfect for a relaxing beach getaway.
The open-concept living area features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the home with natural light. Guests enjoy comfortable seating, Smart TVs, and seamless flow to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, a five-burner cooktop, All-Clad cookware, and both Keurig and espresso options, making meal preparation and entertaining effortless.
Four well-appointed bedrooms provide restful accommodations for up to 8 guests. Each bedroom includes comfortable bedding, Smart TVs, and ample storage. The renovated bathrooms offer modern fixtures and clean coastal design.
Step outside to your private beachfront oasis. Enjoy a custom-built tiki bar with seating for outdoor dining and cocktails, shaded hammock swings, Adirondack seating, and a wood-burning fire pit for evenings under the stars. Welcome to the City of Cocoa Beach. You are provided with the information below in order to give you the best opportunity possible to enjoy your stay.

Protection of residents and guests

Personal safety
* Take note of the exits and study the evacuation map provided by the owner.
* Find the phone provided onsite for your assistance. If there is an emergency, medical or otherwise, call 911.

Maximum occupancy
* The maximum number of overnight guests permitted here is stated in your rental agreement.

Parking
* The maximum number of vehicles permitted onsite is provided in your lease agreement.
* Vehicle parking is permitted only in the areas designated on the posted sketch.
* No parking is allowed on the street or sidewalk.

Noise
* Loud noises, such as car horns, vehicle engines, or music, cannot be excessively loud at any time during the day.
* Outdoor music is prohibited between 11:00 PM and7:00 AM.
Driving around the city
* The maximum speed limit within most of Cocoa Beach is
35 MPH, please observe all posted speed limits.
* The main north/south roadway is SR A1A, also called North Atlantic and South Atlantic Avenues and North Orlando and South Orlando Avenues.
* The main east/west roadwav into and out of Cocoa Beach is SR 520, also called Cocoa Beach Causeway (East and West).
*Do not leave pets unattended in vehicles at any time.

Evacuation requirements
* If an evacuation order is given, all guests and pets must evacuate.
* Do not leave any pets or family members behind.
* Notify the Cocoa Beach Police if assistance is needed.

Solid waste pickup and guidelines
Garbage
* Picked up twice a week, either on Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday.
* Containers are green topped and rolled to the curb on pickup day by 7:00am
* Containers are to be removed from curb before 7:00 PM.

Recycling
* Picked up once a week.
* Containers are yellow topped and rolled to the curb on pickup day before 7:00 AM.
*Containers are to be removed from curb before 7:00 PM.
* Items to be recycled include:
* Plastic beverage bottles, soap/detergent containers
*Cardboard food cartons, towel dispenser tubes, paper board food boxes, flattened cardboard boxes
*Glass bottles and jars, no cookware or ceramics
*Paper books, magazines, newspapers, office paper, bags, junk mail

Yard waste
* Picked up once a week.
* Containers are green topped (same as the garbage, do not intermingle).
* Bulk waste is only for activities such as tree trimming.

Protection of sea turtle nesting areas
* Sea turtle nesting season is from March 1 to October 31 each year during the night time (dusk to dawn).
* For properties next to the beach:
* Glass windows and doors are to be covered during nighttime hours or interior lights need to be turned off.
Rear porch lights are to be turned off.
* Nighttime lighting is prohibited from illuminating any portion of the beach.
* No flashlights are to be used while walking on the beach.
* Look out for sea turtle nests and do not disturb nests when walking or enjoying the beach.
* If hatchlings are observed, leave them alone and make sure allight sources are extinguished.
* If hatchlings are observed heading away from the ocean, call Cocoa Beach Police.
* Leave nothing on the beach after your visit.
