The condo is nicely maintained and well kept. Great location on the beach. Had a couple issues with appliances but the management compensated us for the trouble. The balcony view is not as nice as I hoped. The balcony could use better furniture. The concrete area under the balcony is unsightly and lacks appeal. The pool is smaller than the pictures make it out to be.

Ola Grande 218 was fabulous. The condo was nice and provided everything you could ask for. The only problem was at check in which was partly my fault. I went to the wrong condo. I contacted the property manager and received no response at all! Fortunately, another representative was available and took care of everything. Needless to say I was locked out for an hour and a half. Everything else was great.

Great view and good family fun

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The road outside is a little different so you need to do some u-turns. Also the driveway to the our condo was at the very end. So be prepared to run in reverse when leaving the parking spot. Not a big deal but just an fyi. The only thing we were missing was an oven mitt. The kitchen was great to have but when using the oven we didn’t have a mitt. So we just used a hand towel. But overall great and find things to do there.

Relaxing time

Our stay was relaxing. The location was good. The condo itself was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well. Beach chairs and umbrella work out nice and the pool was never overly crowded.Just had a minor problem with the downstairs TV which was addressed promptly.The single beds were rather squeaky .The beach was close along with the pierAll in all it was a decent place for the money

Location was perfect

The location was absolutely perfect! Steps from the beach and pier; wonderful spot to watch a launch from the Cape. The only issue ( and it wasn't that big of a deal) was some of the windows were stuck shut and screens were ripped. Other that that, everything was wonderful.

Great views, clean condo, responsive to needs

We LOVED the condo and its location! It was clean, the furniture was good quality. We did have a few maintenance issues. AC wasn’t working, dryer needed repair, toilet needed attention and a lightbulb went out. But they were responsive and got all things fixed when we asked.

Good Value Nice location

This place was clean and well-located. Communication with management was easy and attentive. Overall, we had a great time, although the beds were somewhat hard and uncomfortable.

Excellent option

The first thing I saw when I opened the door was the ocean since I could see down the hallway through the patio slider. It was a view out of the movies. This condo had all of the amenities you could need. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathrooms were beautifully remodeled. The master bedroom was perfect. The spare bedroom was not, but we didn’t need the second bedroom. The room was sparsely decorated, a bed was too close to the closet door, and a different set of closet doors were padlocked. The location was great, and we anticipate staying here again.

Ola Grande Ocean Front View

Overall, our stay was great! The property manager was quick to respond to questions, very helpful, and accommodating. The pool was wonderful, the condo was spacious and well kept. The beach restoration project going on at the time, directly in front of our condo for four days was a bit frustrating, it made the direct ocean access not quite so direct, but we made the best of it and still had a fabulous stay. The Pier, restaurants and a grocery store were all within walking distance, which makes for a great location for the condo. We truly enjoyed our time there and are hoping to visit again someday.

Great location

The unit was clean & nicely decorated. The unit was the best in the building for views. We loved sitting on the balcony. The beach was clean & location to the pier couldn’t be beat. If I would have one recommendation would be to have slightly more comfortable beds. They weren’t bad, but could have been better.

This beautiful property is the perfect getaway spot. It's roomy, has a great kitchen, enough bathrooms to accommodate six people. We relaxed on the balcony after dinner, listened to the surf, watched the stars rise. I hope to return.

Fun on the beach

Loved the location right beside the Cocoa Beach pier! The Riki Tiki Tavern bar at the end of the pier was great! Very close to a Publix grocery store which has anything you could need for a great beach vacation. Good view of the ocean with easy access to the beach.the included beach chairs/umbrella cooler was great. Kitchen was fully equipped and very nice living room with large TV. Bed time

We love the place, the view, the pool, the service and the Amélie’s. I think, that the add was not représentatif of what we get. there were not enough bed for every one. We were 3 adults and two kids. May be that I did not read all details on the add, but on the reservation was mentioned how many we were. The add mention 6 persons. But there was only one double bed and two singles beds. There was an inflated mattress that did not work. So one of the kid slept on a beach long chair… My husband and me did not have enough place on the double bed so I slept on the sofa. Nevertheless if a go to cocoa beach again, I will retour to the same place.

Perfect place for a family

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean, well stocked and right on the ocean. This property is in walking distance to the beach, pier, shops and restaurants. Beach supplies were provided and much appreciated. We always look for rentals with washer/dryer and full kitchens. We cook the majority of our meals when we travel and this kitchen was well stocked. Zareh was available if needed and responsive. It was a great experience!
