Hyatt Regency Savannah

"At check in, the bar and the valet station, the staff was professional and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean but a little dated. I was surprised to find out that they charge a $25 a day convenience fee at check out. This is not a resort but it does have a large lobby with lots of seating. They do have an elevator in the lobby that takes you to River Street which was a convenience. We also came back to the hotel this way late in the evening and were surprised to find that the security system to gain entrance was out of order."

"Room was very clean, staff were awesome! When the ice machine broke down, maintenance repaired quickly! The bar was pricey. The conditioner would not come out of the bottle. I would definitely recommend to others!"

"Very nice resort, well maintained and clean. Workout room is nice. Pools very nice, hot tub was decent but could be a little hotter, thus the name hot tub, instead it was a warm tub. My only complaint is for the price we paid they need to have a free breakfast and a microwave in the room not down the hall by the ice machine. Will likely return again."

"Check in was great, staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was outstanding: roomy, comfortable and with everything you need or want. Bathroom was very large, clean nice. Dual sinks, huge shower, very nice. Amenities were outstanding. I highly recommend the Perry Lane. There’s a rooftop bar and swimming pool that we never used that looked very nice. Location is great. Bed was extremely comfortable. Definitely a great choice for a visit to Savannah."

"The hotel was great; very clean, nice amenities, easy check in, and friendly staff. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had everything I needed for my work trip. The proximity to the conference center, shopping, dining, and sightseeing was great. I had one negative issue, and unfortunately, it was a significant enough to prevent my return. The hotel has posted quiet hours beginning at 10pm. However, the bar serves until midnight. The first night wasn't terrible, just the occasional loud bursts of laughter or raised voices. For the remainder of my stay, the bar played football games until last call. The noise of the game and the loud patrons echoed throughout the atrium, (which all balconies overlook) and could be clearly heard in my room. When I called the desk to inquire about why the noise was permitted to continue beyond the quiet hour, I was informed that there was nothing that could be done, as long as the bar was open. The man was very kind and polite, but it was clear that the concern was out of his hands. Needless to say, I did not sleep well and was exhausted by the end of my trip. Traveler beware - quiet hour may begin much later than advertised."

"Very friendly staff and very clean premises and room. However, there was no refrigerator and no comfortable seating in the room. There should be a more broad menu at the rooftop café., But the view and food were great."
