「I'm always a little skeptical when I see only positive reviews listed, but will tell you the Cozy Beach Studio is a gem! I cannot express enough how much we loved our little getaway. Jason, the owner, was quick to respond to our questions and is absolutely the kindest person. The little cottage was sooo clean and this is coming from someone who is very over the top on a clean home. I, 100%, recommend booking a stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and anywhere you may want to explore.」

「Location, location, location! We walked everywhere - to tour historic homes, to restaurants, to the Riverwalk. The vibe of the historic downtown area was a relaxed hum :) The apartment was exactly as described - loved the original floors and windows, exposed brick walls and well appointed kitchen. Would absolutely stay there again!」

「We had a lovely time in this cozy cottage by the waterway and minutes from the beach. Easy walking distance, great location for sunsets and sunrises. We brought our puppy and she had ample space to roam outdoors. We cooked some meals and had a great time reconnecting together as a family.」
