「Nice friendly staff, great value」

「My 1st review was removed and the property telephoned me on my private cell phone to basically "tell me off" - contravening the privacy policy of Expedia. The property itself was fine. The suite was clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and very quiet. My only concern was this hotel had no staff and no office. I booked by Expedia under the term "Hotel", and received a message asking me to fill out and sign 3 forms which I did and then provide a $350 refundable deposit which I did as well. I then...

「Our vacation to The Outer Banks was our favorite trip to date. This property was almost perfect, other than that we chose it for the advertised 24 hour sauna, and upon arrival we discovered that although there were 2 saunas, they were the infrared versions and quite small. Also, they are located directly off from the main hallway where all of the other hotel guests are walking and it made it less than relaxing to know that people would be walking by and seeing you.
