「Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few things in the room that needed some maintenance, and had that maintenance been done, it would have improved the experience. I thought it was a little tacky that they charge a resort fee per day, but it doesn't give you access to anything unique that other hotels already offer without charging a resort fee. And I was a little offended that I was expected to remove my trash out of my room when I checked out.」

「The location was reasonably priced and house was clean. However, we hated the fact we could not flush toilet paper in toilet!! 😒We had to put the tissue in the trash and take it outside to depose of it!! Such a big inconvenience」

「Perfect for a weekend getaway in Savannah. Everything was clean and cozy, well maintained and inviting. Walking distance to everywhere you would want to visit. The free parking is definitely an added bonus. Would recommend and stay again.」

「Nice, little apartment for 2 people centrally located to walk to pretty much every attraction (the apartment is maybe 2 to 3 blocks from the Cathedral of St. John and the Colonial Park Cemetery. It was a 12 to 15 minute walk to the river and shopping). Being able to use the garage would have been a nice added feature but our full size pick up wasn’t going to fit no way no how. No problem, though, street parking was free with lots of spots open. Communication with Chaz was great but be aware that...

「Excellent stay - was in the perfect location to walk around historic Savannah. The host was responsive and helpful. Parking was private and easy. Air conditioning was cool throughout the house. Overall, an excellent stay.」

「Property was gorgeous and the best location! Would definitely stay here again. Walkable to everything. Very nice and very clean!」

「Incredibly close to all of the shops, restaurants, and houses to tour. Such a great, accessible spot!」

「Would definitely stay again. Great location. Good amount of space for our family.」
