「Staff was great. The rest of the hotel not so much. The first room we were assigned to had a foul smell. Staff sent us to a new room without issue. In the new room the jacuzzi tub stopped working after 10-15 mins. We were told no one was available to fix it so we’d have to wait until the next day. 「This was a really nice property. We had a late check in, and arrived at around 12:25 a.m. The front desk staff were pleasant and friendly. It was really a nice surprise to see that they had a little convenience stand where you could pick up snacks and drinks, and the little bar / restaurant was still open till 1:00 a.m. So I came back down after dropping my stuff off at the room and had a beer.
