「Staff is nice and location is quiet. No shops are nearby, so that nothing can do at night time. 」

「Two nights stay at the Wild Pheasant hotel in Llangollen combined with steam train trip. Ideally situated ( 10 minutes walk into town centre) alongside the river Dee」

「Hotel really nice, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only a couple of things thst could be changed....tea spoons instead of wooden stirrers, biscuits in room, dog bed and bowl would be a nice touch too when u are staying with your pooch.」

「Stayed in one of the lodge rooms after doing the Welsh Three peaks. Being able to park right outside the room was a really helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the half price access to health spa was a real bonus. Will be staying again」

「The hotel is okay what I would expect for 3 star a little rough around the edges. It was an overnight visit. Few downsides, the windows were impossible to open (unless you about 7ft tall…) and the room became stuffy very quickly. If you do open them make sure it’s at the right angle in case of rain! Thin walls and if someone happens to be smoking something very pungent nearby expect the scent to join you in the room - easily solved with allowing the vents to be closed or better sealant around...
