「Beautifully decorated, friendly staff & very comfortable bed! 」

「We normally get rooms in the new lodge, but this time we were given a room in the main building. The room was a good size as was the bathroom and very comfortable. The ony issue was road noise early in the morning which ww never had when we stayed in the lodge. Overall though a very pleasant stay as usual.」

「毎年使っております。大変に快適に過ごせるホテルです。料金もリーズナブルですし、食事もおいしいです。来年もまた泊まる予定でおります。」

「（コンウィ自体が小さい街ということもあり，）コンウィ駅から徒歩２，３分で，海岸（イギリスで一番小さい家）も近い。 ホテル内のパブ兼レストランの料理も値段は高めではあるが，それなりに美味しかった。近くにはバゲットの美味しいお肉屋さんや，小さな（テスコ等の大手ではない）スーパーもある。 部屋はそれ程広くないが，清潔であった。バスルームはやや古い印象を受けたが，お湯の温度の調節もでき，イギリスのホテルとしては及第点のレベルだと思う。冷蔵庫はない。 これはホテル自体の問題ではないが，建物の裏手に教会があり，その教会の鐘が深夜であろうとお構いなく１時間ごとに大きな音で鳴るので，その点が残念だった。」

「The hotel was ideally placed for our long weekend break in north Wales. The hotel staff were outstanding throughout and made my wife and I very welcome. The evening meals were a particular highlight. One glitch for the breakfasts, both coffee machines broke down. Staff reacted well with filter coffee made available quite quickly. Our room was superb, impeccably clean, spacious and with excellent views. We saved the spa for next time and will be back!」
