「I recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a good experience. The place is modern and in excellent condition, and most areas of the property were very comfortable with no complaints. Communication with the support team was smooth, they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. 「We had a fabulous stay at 172a Longmeanygate. Such a quiet spot yet close access for the motorways. We got to the Lakes, Yorkshire Dales, Castle Howard and Bank Hall as well as visiting friends and relatives while we were here from New Zealand. The cottage was very well equipped but my husband's only critisism was that the bed was too small 🙃」

「Property was decent, clean & central for shops & beach. Unfortunately after a 4 to 5 hour drive to get there it took a further 4 hours to finally get the code for the key box to allow entry to the property. The property manager/owner refused to answer the three emails I sent him & never answered his phone to the phone calls I repeatedly made. We will not be using this company again if we can help it.」
