「The staff lacks as they are not really there to work. The hallways definitely could use a cleaning on the carpets. My room was clean as it was a newer updated room. Very safe and near downtown. 」
「We will definitely be back the next time we visit the Smoky Mountains. The property is clean, super inexpensive and the staff were really nice and accommodating. Understand that this is an older hotel, but it has a lot of vintage vacation charm. It’s like something from the 1980’s.
The beds were comfortable and the water was hot. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge,which was very useful. We stopped at Aldi in Pigeon Forge and stocked up on bread,cheese and drinks to offset the high prices...

「I love how they have a free trolly to take you DT. Parking lot was huge for cars. Plenty of food options. Restaurant, bar, breakfast cafe, food shop at the pool. They even have a dog area for your pets. Staff was friendly and overall no complaints. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!! 」
