Quiet, relaxing environment minutes from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Very quaint boutique hotel close to downtown Gatlinburg. Our suite was nicely decorated and even had a Christmas tree in the living room. One thing to note, housekeeping is only provided upon request, which I had missed in my confirmation. However, we were fine. There were plenty of towels stocked and the trash bins were conveniently located. The queen size bedroom was a little "tight" around the bed but we made do. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The buildings and rooms are beautiful. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. We’re definitely making this our go to place for Gatlinburg. Highly recommend going to Anakeesta as well!
