"NA - Wifi password was not provided. Hotel elevators broken for multiple days (We were originally on the 4th floor, moved to second fl.) Electronics down / no keys available for two hours on arrival. One security officer avail to provide manual access to rooms, pool area etc for all guests. Lobby area exquisitely furnished and a real treat. "

"I have traveled a lot lately and have been staying at Hilton Garden Inn’s but remembered a Sonesta ES Suites I stayed at in Chicago in 2024 and enjoyed so I decided to go with Sonesta bc it was closer to where my son moved to. I was a little disappointed when I saw the location and the overall property and there were visible signs of wear and tear. I shrugged it off the first night bc I was exhausted. I was unable to sleep well as the HVAC system would bang loudly before it come on, two bright blinking lights over the bed all night long, walls were thin and people were loud late at night, and there was a constant beeping off and on in the parking lot. Terrible experience and not relaxing at all. I ended up checking out early and booking a Hilton for my last night. "

"the only elevator working was loud and scary with a total of a 4 person capacity. being on the 6th floow was not fun when needing to go down. especially if multitple people are waiting for the elevator. the water of the pool was not clear and was questionable. the room was dusty and not very clean."
