The room was exactly what we needed for one night stay and they allowed us to keep our bags there the entire next day while we bounced around Auckland until our flight took off. "Location was great and easy to get to off the motorway. We used the valet parking which was super convenient and the staff were great. Our room was spacious and very clean. Well equipped with what we needed, except no microwave. We had buffet breakfast and were spoilt for choice. Food was delicious. The outdoor pool was warm enough for an early morning swim then spa. Loved our stay!"

"The hotel is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable for a short stay. The room is big, good bed, coffee/tea and fridge. The location u Is questionable-about 20 min in the evening, 10 min 5.00am. The free airport shuttle is fine (you have to ring the hotel on arrival, which is problem if you just arrived from abroad and don’t have NZ sim card. They should use whatsapp. OleAw note that you are dropped off far away from the international departures and allow 10-15 min walk to the terminal. It was a good stay for the price, but will try another airport hotel next time. "
