"I am afraid cannot count this place to be a hotel, most likely it seems a student hall. The deposit is only can pay by cash, only 4 hours for check in period, it is let me live back 40 years ago. I don't care clearance the room once a week, but basically you need to prepare the martials like towel, shampoo etc for whole week use, if your customer is for travel, they seems not wash and reuse it. "

We have NEVER experienced this before through any accommodation booking platform. This left us stranded in Singapore in a tropical storm with no hotel room. We are in our 70s and this was not appreciated, causing unnecessary stress and extra cost (extra taxi and hotel room). We will be seeking full refund and compensation from Wotif. "

"The general feel of this hotel is that it looks very tired & needs updating. The room decor was poor & needs lots of renovation work to bring it up to date. It's advertised as a guest house but was more like a hostel so i feel the description was misleading"
