Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool area was nice and cool. The only thing was the mattress was too firm. Other than that I have complaints about the amenities.

Soy Local Centro Historico
The furniture(sofa bed) is very hard the beds are low and the mattresses could use a up grade not enough cushion. With those two things it turn it into excellent.

Cartagena Beach Resort
Overall the condo was nice and the location was convenient, however the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The Pool area is awesome, the laundry machine in our condo was not hooked to the water we havent been able to used it as they required a certified technician to hook it up and none was available during our stay.
