"The room wasn’t ready when we arrived after check-in time. No problem, things happen. The room felt pretty clean but missing towels so I was worried they rushed through cleaning. Electricity in our bathroom was not working. They fixed it, but a pretty big inconvenience when trying to get ready to leave. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible even after it got fixed. Phone did not work. The hot tub is on a beautiful rooftop. During our 3 day stay, it was overrun with unsupervised children the whole time. There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms in the hotel. "

"Had a great 3 night stay. Got married on their beach day before going on a cruise. Staff was very accommodating with us and our families that stayed for our wedding. Pool and hot tub were nice and not overcrowded, since it's a smaller hotel. Had bands next door, that you could walk right over, check out and grab a drink or some food. The bands and dj play next door till 2 am on some nights, maybe just spring break season? But with the doors closed and the a/c fan running it wasn't a problem for us. Was nice to hang on the porch or balcony and have a drink without having to hang out in a crowd. Would definitely go back. A lot of people we talked to at the pool come back and stay for weeks."

"Comfortable bed. Kitchen Appliances. Convenient Location near a grocery store/gas station/restaurants. On a bus line that gets you to the Park St. Bus Terminal for easy transfer to the beach or Dunedin. "

"The location is very convenient, close to several points of interest, and having parking available was a big plus. Breakfast was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable overall. However, there was a noticeable issue with humidity in both the bathroom and the room itself. Although there were dehumidifiers placed in the hallways to help manage it, the humidity was still present inside the room. Overall, a good stay with a few areas that could be improved."
