「The room was clean and perfect. Great location and a great place to stay!! Loved the outdoor balcony and so easy to check in and check out with the kiosk」

「The Jade House is in an excellent location only a block from the beach and short walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. Communication with the management company was difficult through Expedia. Even when I called directly, one of the three client service agents was not helpful whatsoever. However, once I was given the number to text, communication was much better. 「I add a late arrival but Stacey was easy to communicate with and had me set up perfectly. Definitely would return!」

「Stay was excellent I reserved the trip through Expedia but at the end there were about 200 plus dollars worth of resort fees and taxes. I would highly recommend this place but I wish they didn’t have these hidden fees.」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Opal Resort! The ocean views were breathtaking, the food was delicious, and the service was incredible. Everyone made us feel so welcome and taken care of. We enjoyed every minute and can’t wait to come back!」

「We had a great stay. Nicely renovated and decorated rooms. Close walk to the beach and lots of restaurants」

「The beds were horrible and in the worst possible condition for a Hilton hotel. They squeaked when you sat on them and the springs were so worn out that when we informed the staff about this, they said they were due to change them by the end of the year. The hot tub didn’t work for the entirety of our stay. To make matters worse, there was constant construction making constant noise while at the pool area. There was no notifications online or at the hotel to indicate this matter.」

「Perfect place to stay! Beautiful view of the beach! Rooms are beautiful and big. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Location is perfect to walk everywhere! I would highly recommend and stay at again!」

「The room was perfect location in terms of area and in terms of view. We could see the bay and the ocean from our balcony. The room was clean when we arrived and was larger than expected. Staff was friendly and always at the desk.」
