"We had a great 3-night Valentine’s Day getaway at Maplewood Cabin. If you’re looking for a secluded, quiet, wooded retreat away from the noise of town, this is it. It’s just a few minutes outside the small town of Ferryville and feels completely private and peaceful. (Ferryville also includes a small convenience store, perfect for picking up a few essentials!)The cabin was clean, cozy, and well heated (which we appreciated in the winter). The private hot tub was definitely a highlight, soaking at night in total quiet was exactly what we needed. The WiFi worked perfectly, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook real meals, and check-in was simple and easy, even late at night after a long trip!The bed was comfortable, the electric fireplace added a nice touch, and the whole place was incredibly quiet which was perfect for unplugging from work and daily responsibilities. The deck would be great in warmer months as well!Customer service was excellent! Very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic cabin getaway with a private hot tub."

"The place was very nice! It has the modern but rustic feel to it. We didn't get a chance to enjoy some of the amenities like the outdoor fire pit or the hot tub. The location is ideal as it is located within about 30 minutes from plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Would stay here again."

"Loved the little cabin tucked up overlooking the Mississippi! We enjoyed the hot tub and relaxed all weekend reading and watching movies! Perfect relaxing getaway. The train came by often but was not bad at allwe kind of looked forward to it!"

"Overall, the stay was good. House was beautiful but Wasn’t very clean when we got there. The counters weren’t very clean, there was random garbage from the previous visitors, and the fridge / freezer wasn’t cleaned out. The kitchen was lacking a lot of essentials or looked dirty. we knew we had to bring our own linens but didn’t expect everything( hand towel, kitchen towels, wash cloths.)The hot tube was great and the views were breath taking."
