"The caboose was better than advertised and better than expected. Excellent execution of quality materials makes a cozy comfortable relaxing getaway. The hot tub really helped work out the sore muscles from the long travel. Sitting on the porch and watching the sunrise and the sunset is very peaceful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away into the country see beautiful sights along the River road drive and just relax. The host is excellent. Thank you, john!"

"We love this little cabin! Perfect for a couple. As long as you can climb stairs to get to the loft, and don't mind walking outside to get to the really nice bathroom, which is in the basement of the main house, I highly recommend this place. We have stayed here a number of times and will definitely be going back again!"

"We were very happy with our accomodations at Lansing. There were 2 problems we had. The "centipedes" in the house but only on ground floor. And the TV's in both bedrooms on ground floor were not operable. We never did figure out how to get them to work. The grandkids all LOVED the pool & especially LOVED the hot tub."
