"Great location and the room was nice. Sonesta should really change the location of the TV in their rooms. The closet blocks the TV for at least one of the guests in bed. I ran into this issue at several Sonesta hotels. Also - the manager at the JC site always seemed to be distracted. Room wasn't ready at 4:00 (Granted - lots going on in JC at that time - graduations, etc.) but this shouldn't have been an issue, knowing guests were arriving."

"Go somewhere else. Breakfast, joke. Rock hard freezer biscuits. Watered down pancake mix. And other than 2 kinds of cereal that’s it. Door to the room from the outside had gaps and you could see through them. It’s not really worth my time time listing everything. Go somewhere else. "

"The woman at the counter was able to help us out of a mix-up that we had. She was fabulous and was able to straighten things out so that everyone involved was happy. The room was perfect and comfortable. This is a great place to stay. Breakfast was very good also."

"We had to leave very early but the breakfast area looked good. This motel has no elevator! Could be a major problem for some folks. Only 2 floors but if you are on floor 2, it’s stairs all the way. Ice maker not working on floor 2. Would be considerate to notify guests before they get upstairs then have to return for ice. Very difficult to communicate with desk clerk who has heavy accent. No Wi-Fi? Not sure never found the password."
