「What a nice spot. The owner Jolene was very nice and friendly. The cabin was extremely clean and well-maintained. They have a gas grill and new picnic table outside, as well as a nice Adirondack chair set that was also heavy duty. I would recommend an upgrade of the mattress to the owner. Past that, the place was amazing. Nice pool, gazebo, fire pit, dock. What a find!」

「Host was very easy to work with. Check in easy as well. Home is nicely equipped with everything we needed. Close enough that we walked to dinner 2 nights to a nice seafood restaurant. Quiet and comfortable. Off the beaten path a bit, which we prefer. 」

「We came back to this VRBO location for the second year because of the centralized location on the St Lawrence river. I have a boat and the convenience of having a boat ramp right next door is incredible. Also the price is reasonable for a beautiful view of being right overtop of the water! This location is very quiet too. We will be back for a third year.」

「We had a fantastic stay in Clayton! This home was spacious and decorated so beautifully. The location was absolutely perfect and made walking to our events and restaurants so easy. The home had plenty of space and for 5 adults we were very comfortable. Sam and Shannon were excellent hosts and very easy to reach if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely recommend staying here and enjoy this lovely town of Clayton, NY again!」

「The location is absolutely mind blowing - you are on the St Lawrence River so coffee on the dock is a reality. There is a wonderful porch when the sun on the dock gets warm where you can continue to watch the boats and ships go by. The home is beyond clean, super organized and very, very comfortable. The hosts are super responsive. I almost hate writing this review cause selfishly I wld like to keep this VRBO a secret. Lol!!」
