"Solid place for the money. Bus stops a block away. 3 U/S stops 3 blocks away. Tons of eating options. Area near the church just north is best. Would stay in Numa in East Berlin if going back. That is a cooler area. Numa use of AI in customer service is highly annoying. "

"Love the setup of the room, which accommodates our family of 4 quite well. It feels like having two bedrooms although there are no doors for complete privacy, with the queen bed in one room, and two single beds in the other room. Beds are comfortable. We took a walk in the neighborhood at night. It feels safe because we did see girls walking alone there too. We were able to find street parking fairly easily for that one night. Not sure if this the case all the time. If you wanted guaranteed parking, don't forget to book one with the hotel ahead of time. The have a few spots, but were run out when we arrived."
"We arrived late but check in was easy via the 24hr reception in the hotel next door. The suite was the well equipped and finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Would thoroughly recommend staying here again "

"Room was clean, staff were exceptional, and location is great. It is an older building with lots of character. Tram and bus are right out front. 4 tram stops from the hauptbahnhof. Great neighborhood with a park and Biergarten right across the street. Will definitely stay here again. "
