「Hello. I reserved a non-smoking room with 1 king bed at the Columbia, MO location for the nights of 7/9/26 and 7/10/26. I checked into room on 7/9/26 at approx 8:45 pm. The room smelled slightly smoky. I inspected the room. I found signs of bedbugs, the light above the sink did not work, the nightstand was broken, the smoke detector was removed and set on the sink countertop, a cable box was removed from the wall and put on a shelf, there was water on the bathroom floor, the bedsheets were...

「Got a renovated room with wooden floors. Bad idea the hallway light and sounds of a busy hallway kept us up all night due to a gap in the bottom of the door. Get a room with carpet」

「We were visiting family and this was a great location away from campus and downtown. The property is clean and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and quiet. My only complaint is that there was a large group of lacrosse families staying at the hotel and when we were relaxing in the pool and hot tub, the pool and entire outside deck were taken over by about 25 kids and 30 adults.
