Great downtown location
The suite was exactly as described. Great location for a campus visit when you want to stay downtown to enjoy the restaurants and bars. The suite was clean and organized with a nice view of the street below. Conveniently located above a bagel restaurant for a delicious breakfast.

Ideal
The property was as pictured. Very clean with some nice extra touches (chocolates). Plenty of towels. Great location to Mizzou campus and Broadway restaurants and bars. It was quiet even there was lots of activity on the street. Enjoyed opening the patio door and taking in the action below.

Great little gem
We loved this property. Fabulous location for walking the campus or downtown. Definitely small as the listing and reviews describe but we didn’t need anything more. Bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was spotless. Highly recommend. One note is that it was pretty loud out on the street as college students left bars, but the provided white noise machine helped a lot to drown it out.

Excellent Downtown Location for Two
It is sometimes hard to find a VRBO rental for just 2 people, and this place is perfect for you and your +1. Staying in this suite puts you in the heart of downtown, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We enoyed people watching from the 4th floor window, and delicious breakfast bagels from directly next door, Goldie's Bagels. Also, our host, Cory, was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this "Downtown Luxury Suite."

Enjoy the heart of Downtown
Overall would stay again! Generally this is what to expect for a loft efficiency downtown and we loved being able to walk everywhere. Pros: Location!! Communication with owner; Ease of check-in & check-out (no unnecessary cleaning chores); Assigned parking spot downtown; cleanliness; cable TV; the building/neighbors were quiet (no noise from halls or walls while we were there); some thoughtful touches, such as leaving coins for laundry and bottled water; lots of clean linens and comfy bed. Cons: We chose this space over a hotel so we could cook & the posted amenities included dishwasher, stove, & oven however when we arrived we found it only has a sink & microwave/toaster oven (we brought ingredients to cook and couldn't use them); there are not blackout curtains so you will rise with the sun (we went and bought eye masks); and there are no pics of the bathroom but the shower is a small drop-in shower (so shave before you arrive). Other "cons" really are not cons if you level set expectations and are mentioned in original post. There is noise at night from outside the building and it is a small efficiency - great if you need a place to crash or are used to smaller apartments. The parking space is not next to the building but very close and honestly it's a life saver having something downtown. However, just be prepared for loading/unloading you will need to park with flashers and haul up to 4th floor (no elevator) then move your car.

Second stay - more to come!
Cory does a really good job with this property in Columbia. We are finicky about where we stay when we travel. The Tiger was our "go to" but this is a more relaxed setup with much more space and less money.

The Perfect Get-Away
We were in town for a wrestling tournament at Mizzou. We were super close to the campus and could walk to many restaurants. The bed was super comfy and the view was beautiful, and the loft absolutely spotless. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

Unfortunately the host was hospitalized & unavailable, but we couldn't get the heat to work properly & were very cold all night (causing the air mattress to feel like we were sleeping on ice) & didn't have parking nearby.

We loved the location of this unit as we could walk everywhere we wanted for dining and drinks. Room was really clean, smelled nice and host gave perfect instructions. We’ll definitely stay here again!
