I confirmed with the host after that it was expected, but they’re using hostex, some AI auto responder so I have no idea if that was true or not. Very uncomfortable situation. I’m sure the whole listing is on autopilot, but a human in the loop would have prevented this situation. Hope the labor cost savings are worth it!」
