The helpfulness provided by Mislav and his family exceeded my expectations and they even had the room cleaned mid-stay of the week I was there. "Excellent 5-star hotel with a sleek, modern design and peaceful yet central location by Diocletian’s Palace (a step away, without being in the middle of the chaos). Rooms are spacious (huge for European and even American standards), nicely appointed, and well-stocked (Nespresso, local wine with compliments, bath & shower, double sinks), and every toiletry you might need. The rooftop offers incredible views, a lounge pool, loungers, and excellent food and wine. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve had anywhere—delicious and extensive. Spa and gym are impressive—especially the massage from Maja, truly world-class. Service was outstanding, with special thanks to Sara and Barbara. Extra perks made the stay feel luxurious: reserved spa/gym after hours, beach tote with towels, daily wellness specials, even complimentary morning massage (check specials and availability). The crowd is upscale and relaxed. Only downside: room service is extremely overpriced with a €15 delivery fee. Otherwise, exceptional in every way. If you’re staying anywhere but here in the town of Split, you’re in the wrong place.

"The property had the basics of a good property. What was unique was the receptionists Staff. I am a 2,000,000-mile Platinum award member at American airlines, which means that I am a big traveller ; I must say that I have never met this caliber of receptionist's staff. Filip and Marija brought a new meaning for customer service/support. They were perfect and made our stay enjoyable; As an example, the airline company lost our luggage; they were also rude with us considering the stress that we had since we had to leave to Dubrovnik 2 days later and they did not tell us about the process ; Filip and Marija told us : proceed with your vacation, we will take care of it including arranging for the luggage to be delivered to the hotel, What a RELIEF this was; We will never forget this. Yes, the breakfast was outstanding, the room spacious and accommodating, clearly. But what was above and beyond was Filip and Marija."
"The room we stayed in was newly renovated and very nice - especially the bathroom. Had amazing AC which is not always common and was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Opted into the hotel transfer which was great and the staff was extremely helpful in getting that organized. Location was perfect you’re 2 minutes from the boardwalk and close to a popular cab/uber pickup & dropoff site. Great food options immediately when exiting the annex building we were in which was also convenient. "
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s perfectly located—just a short stroll from both the port and the charming old town, making it an ideal base for exploring without needing transport.
The bedrooms were a real highlight: modern, beautifully refreshed, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. From the plush bedding to the sleek bathroom fittings, everything felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained.
The pool area, while lovely, was a little on the compact side. On a couple of occasions, we did need to wait for sun loungers to become available, but once settled, it was a relaxing spot to soak up the sun or enjoy a dip.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and friendly approach made a real difference and contributed to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
Overall, this hotel delivers on location, comfort, and service. A great choice for couples or small groups looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay. We had a lovely time and would absolutely return.

"Great location!! If you are looking to be a bit closer to the beaches rather than the city center/old town, this is a perfect spot away from all of the commotion. Only about a 30minute walk to the Riva Promenade, but only 5 minutes or so from the nearest beaches! We enjoyed the walks into town each day, and great food locations. Staff was amazing, loved the breakfast and bar service, highly recommend this spot! "
"The staff was really helpful to solve the problems we had. The room was very elegantly decorated and quiet. The old is all walkable distance.
The parking situation is awful. We ended up by paying 62 euros for a 2 days stay. If I go back it will be by boat.
