旧市街のほぼ中心に位置していて、観光にとても便利でした。普通のアパートなので、レセプション等はないし、スタッフの方とも滞在中に会うことはありませんでした。到着が遅かったので、送迎サービス（片道€40）を頼みましたが、到着ゲートを出てすぐに迎えの方が名前のプレートを持って立っていて、アパートまで送ってくださり、とても丁寧でスムーズでした。夜遅くの到着で交通機関の利用に不安があったので、頼んでよかったと思いました。部屋はそこそこの広さがあり、綺麗で清潔でした。また訪問する際には是非利用したいです！

We LOVED our stay! The location is perfect and the room has everything you need. It was cozy, comfortable, and we felt safe as 2 female travelers. The room is tucked away in an alley so it is nice and quiet at night. A/c worked great and we never had any issues with hot water running out.

We had a great time in Split! The hotel was perfectly located to the main squares and restaurants! The hotel was easy to find, very clean and tidy and Kresimir was excellent at checking in and offering help if we needed it. Thank you!

The property manager Kresimir was super helpful in assisting with our travel issues, was very responsive in communications, and offered good suggestions. He allowed us to keep our luggage in the property when some unexpected travel interruptions occurred. Overall the property was very well located and accessible to the old town of Split and ferry port, clean, and has great water pressure.

Absolutely spectacular stay! Everything we needed and more, perfect decor and comfort, clean, and literally one street over from the main Placa. And the hosts were beyond sweet and considerate! cannot say enough good things about this place!!

Nice place tucked above a quiet restaurant. With the maze of walkways and alleys, it took a bit to find but the unit was located close to everything in the old town. Kresimir was an excellent host with great communication. We stayed in a studio apartment which was sufficiently roomy and comfortable for two. The stairs are steep and narrow but Kresmir helped us with our luggage coming and going. Note that payment needs to be in cash if you don’t prepaid. Also, cars, taxis and bus are not allowed in the old town so you have to walk about 0.3 km to get there but it’s fun walking to find it. We really enjoyed our two night stay and you would too.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! This property is in the heart of all the action. It can be loud at night but never enough to keep us awake, this was expected in this location anyways. Host was responsive and helpful. He took care of our luggage when we arrived early. Room was clean, safe and easy to access! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Convenient to main sites, activities and an array of restaurants. Very clean. Host was friendly and helpful. Location is between two courtyard restaurants which are loud late into the night. Enjoy the fun, take your earplugs or stay somewhere else.

Kresimir was a wonderful host, very accommodating. He arranged transportation to and from the guesthouse and met us outside when we arrived and helped take our luggage up to the room. He explained everything and gave great recommendations for food. Room was clean and AC worked great. There was a minor issue with the room but he responded right away. The guesthouse is right by the main square and is a 1-min walk to the Palace and 3 mins to the Split Riva promenade, literally in the middle of everything. There's even a great restaurant right outside.

This is not a traditional hotel so there are no amenities and no front desk. If you select the “pay at property option” it’s either cash or cash transfer which is not stated. The apartment is really lovely, very conveniently located, the host is helpful and accommodating. The air conditioning works REALLY well and the bed is comfortable. The only minor inconvenience is the hot water is very limited. We did turn the tank up to max temperature but traveling with a teenager I didn’t enjoy many hot showers :). The host arranged an airport transfer which was also very nice and convenient.

My stay was short but super! The help and overview of things to do in Split, where to eat, what to see that I got from Krešimir was very helpful! The room was super quiet too at night - the windows are really great to close when there are lively crowds outside. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect! Krešimir was extremely accommodating and helpful especially as I arrived a bit early (due to a very heavy rainstorm), and helped me to get settled. I highly recommend staying at the Guesthouse Imperator too, due of its central location in Old Town, and the nice staff.

Well located for exploring Split's historic centre and waterfront. Close to many dining options. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. However reference to laundry facility is misleading (not on site) and there was no information provided about room service that is listed as an amenity.
