Agriturismo Malagronda’s holiday apartments in Umbria are located between Città della Pieve and Lake Trasimeno, close to Val D’Orcia’s Tuscany and Monte Pausillo’s National Park. Agriturismo Malagronda is much more than a farmhouse with pool, it is an ideal spot for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday in the countryside. As it is located on the border of Umbria and Tuscany it is a perfect place from where you can make daily trips to visit some of the prettiest hamlets and cities in Italy, such as: Assisi, Perugia, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Castiglione del Lago, Panicale, Chiusi, Cortona and Orvieto. Our 7 comfortable and roomy independent apartments and holiday villas have been carefully restored to maintain the character and the style of a typical Umbrian farmhouse but with all the modern comforts (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine and many others). During the stay you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural setting, walk through the olive groves and woods or in the nearby shaded paths in the woods and relax in the sun beside the panoramic pool, leaving your daily routine at home.
Leccio is located on the ground floor of the main building, it can accommodate up to 4 (2+2) people. It complies with current regulations for the accommodation of disabled persons. It has a bedroom with bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen and double sofa bed. Its shaded veranda with table, chairs and deck chairs provides an ideal place to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners during spring and summer. The view is amazing, as it overlooks the valley composed of trees and plantstypical of the Trasimeno area. Inside the apartment: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, electric oven, kettle, hairdryer, telephone, safe, independent heating, air conditioning and Wifi connection. The lighted swimming pool with solarium, children’s play area, and the garden with barbecue are available to all the guests.
Included: Hot and cold water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels (weekly change), swimming pool (7×14 m, open from May to September), wi-fi, parking, barbecue area, playground for children and ping pong table, final cleanings.
Not included: Tourist tax 1,50 € per person for the first 5 nights (minimum 14 years old), cautionary deposit 200 € (in cash at arrival).
On request: Air conditioning 10 € per night, baby crib (including linen) 20 € per stay.
Late check-in and late check out: additional fee 50 €.
The swimming pool is open from may 1st to september 30th.
