"check in good person helpful key card didnt work when arrived at room further faffing to get it sorted another room allocated that key card not 100% either it was flashing orange and didnt alliw reaccess so had to b opened from inside everytime 🙄☹️"

"Arrived about 9.30pm and entry was difficult with the automatic machine- we had 2 rooms booked but only 1 was made available via the email, although both rooms were booked on the same booking"

"Not having the use of the washing machine and the premises were modern but a bit quirky the bathroom was only accessible off the side of the stairs overall about 80% happy but I stay there again no because of the stairs and the location one had to drive to everything. It was no shops or restaurants for walking distance as I said 80% happy regards Bruce and Sheila."
