"The room had clean sheets but the top throw had holes in it and didn’t look that clean. The tap was hanging off the sink in the room.There was only 1 of 4 toilets working on our floor the others were locked off. The toilet that was working had a very dirty floor and there was no sink or soap anywhere to was your hands. I decided that showering was not an option as that was dirty too. "Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis dans cette maison. Chantal la propriétaire a été très réactive et très gentille et a tout mis en œuvre pour faciliter notre séjour, malgré un quiproquo de départ sur le nombre de couchages, qui nous a valu de dormir à 4 adultes dans une chambre, mais Chantal nous a aussi permis un late check out à notre convenance le lundi après midi sans supplément! Cette maison est adaptée à 14 pers. dont 4 ados / enfants qui dorment dans une chambre palliere (espace ouvert) à l’étage. Une literie en très bon état, linge de maison et serviettes fournis en quantité largement suffisante, tout comme la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine.La cuisine est petite mais bien équipée (malgré un frigo un peu petit), une des 2 SDB mériterait un rafraîchissement mais le ménage étant bien réalisé cela ne nous a pas posé de problème. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps exceptionnel (30degres) ce qui nous a permis de vivre à l’extérieur et profiter pleinement des terrasses, du superbe jardin (déjeuners et BBQ en bord de Seine) et de l’immense piscine entourée d’arbres majestueux. Je recommande cette maison pour passer un séjour totalement dépaysant et reposant, en famille ou entre amis à seulement 1h15 de paris!"

"Diabolical!! Expedia take this hotel off your list! Looked abandoned it was so unkempt. Manager extremely rude and aggressive. Reception should have been open 1700 to 2300H. He arrived 1730H the first night and 1745H the second. Our code for the front door did not work so we could not access our room. When he arrived eventually he called us liars!!! We put our number in and proved to him it did not work. He then slammed the door shut causing small parts of the ceiling to fall on my wife cutting her arm and trapping her on one side and me on the other! I shouted back to be let in. He prevented my wife from opening the door! She was very frightened. He continued to shout and then said he was calling the police! We decided to pack up and leave as he is intolerable!!! Added to that only one loo worked and it was past reception and down another corridor. There was only 1 meal and a few cans in the vending machine. The microwave was cleaner once I used it than when we arrived. There was no where to sit outside. We were on our own in the building overnight with no instructions on emergencies. We could not get the Manager on the phone. We have used this hotel for many years (approx 30) but NEVER again🙁🙁"

"Heating was important on this trip as I was on my motorcycle and as ever it worked well. Reception staff lovely as ever. Only gripe was I was leaving at 7am and breakfast was not available and nobody was on reception so I had to leave my room key by the door. Overall excellent value for money"
