"Good stay. Clean, convenient, and nice room. Did get a knock at the door- we were up and ready, but It seems like more hotels are doing this to get people out faster. I would expect a nice hotel not to disturb guests until check out. Otherwise great stay. "
"Victoria deserves a high merit award for her amazing customer service. My suite was quiet, clean and cozy, I felt like I was home. I highly recommend this hotel for all affairs short or long stays. Will be looking forward to staying here again."
"My room was not ready when I arrived, I was told by the front desk person that it would be ready in 15 minutes, after 30 mins I spoke to a different frint desk associate named Shasta who was not only so apologetic and professional but went above and beyond to get me into a room and made every accommodation she had to, to make up for the inconvenience. She was a friendly face, cheerful and had a great attitude on a very crazy busy weekend. Shasta is truly an asset to the front desk and I hope to see her when I return next month!"
